1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dbaee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dbaee website located at https://dbaee.net, including all associated games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional content, and customer support services (collectively, "the Service").

By creating a dbaee account, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies or guidelines referenced herein, including the dbaee Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the dbaee platform. Continued use of the Service after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the dbaee platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Service:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. dbaee is strictly an adult platform. 18+
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Service from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of dbaee or any affiliated company, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the dbaee platform.

dbaee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. If a player fails to provide satisfactory age verification documentation, dbaee may suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

dbaee employs age-verification checks at the point of registration and during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. These checks are a regulatory requirement and are conducted to protect minors and ensure the integrity of the platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of dbaee services, you must complete the registration process and create a single account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active account on the dbaee platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or using a different payment method — is strictly prohibited. dbaee employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, dbaee reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balance, bonuses, or pending withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dbaee login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dbaee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dbaee immediately at [email protected]. dbaee will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

dbaee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents, address verification documents, and payment method ownership proof at any stage of your account lifecycle. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request above ৳10,000. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time stipulated by dbaee may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dbaee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. dbaee reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• The maximum single deposit amount is ৳200,000.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your dbaee account within seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business hour to reflect in your account balance.
• dbaee does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours.
• dbaee processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladesh public holidays.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays.
• dbaee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers our anti-money laundering review thresholds.

4.4 Currency & Conversion

All account balances, bets, bonuses, and transactions on dbaee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dbaee does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. There are no currency conversion fees on the dbaee platform. Western Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3) are used for all monetary amounts throughout the platform.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

dbaee offers promotional bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of launch. The following general bonus terms apply across all dbaee promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified, active dbaee account holders unless the promotion specifies otherwise. New-player bonuses are available to first-time registrants only.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a dbaee account at a time, unless a specific promotion explicitly permits the stacking of offers.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus balance or unwagered bonus funds that remain at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Minimum Deposit: Many deposit-match bonuses require a qualifying deposit of at least ৳500 unless stated otherwise in the promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution table is published in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: dbaee reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent activity, collusion, the use of multiple accounts, or any form of bonus abuse.

dbaee runs seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh's cultural calendar, including Eid special offers, Pohela Boishakh bonuses, Victory Day promotions, and BPL season betting offers. These promotions are announced on the dbaee platform and are subject to availability and eligibility criteria at the time of launch.

6. Game & Betting Rules

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on dbaee — including slots, live dealer tables, and specialty games — are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. dbaee does not manipulate game outcomes; all results are determined by the game provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live-dealer protocols.

6.2 Sports Betting

dbaee offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events featuring the Bangladesh Tigers), table tennis, and other sports as made available on the platform. All betting markets are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when the dbaee system issues a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Verbally communicated or otherwise unconfirmed bets are not valid.
• dbaee reserves the right to limit, suspend, or refuse any bet at its discretion, including limiting maximum stake amounts on individual markets or events.
• In the event of a live match being suspended, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL governing council), dbaee will apply the void or abandonment rules applicable to that sport as published in the platform's sports betting rules section.
• Odds displayed on the dbaee platform are subject to change up until the point that a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time of bet placement, as reflected in your betting slip confirmation.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of an internet disconnection or technical failure during a game round or live bet, dbaee will use the game provider's server-side records to determine the outcome of the interrupted session. Where a game round was fully initiated before the disconnection, it will be resolved according to the server-side outcome. dbaee is not liable for losses caused by the player's own internet service or device failure.

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or display error that results in an incorrect game outcome being presented to the player, dbaee reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the original stake to the player's account. Any apparent winnings generated as a result of a system malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the dbaee platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited on dbaee and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with dbaee support.
• Registering multiple accounts in your own name or under any other identity, with the intent to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or sports betting market available on dbaee.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate winnings that would not have arisen under normal operating conditions. Players who discover an error are required to report it to dbaee immediately.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting discrepancies between dbaee's odds and those of other operators.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. dbaee cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in such matters.
• Sharing or selling access to your dbaee account with any third party, or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Making offensive, abusive, or threatening communications to dbaee support staff or other users through any channel.
• Depositing funds from a third-party payment account not registered in your own name.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the dbaee platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, button images, data compilations, software, game interfaces, audio clips, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the intellectual property of dbaee or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dbaee platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any dbaee content without express written permission.
• Use dbaee's name, logo, trademarks, or branding in any manner without prior written consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any software forming part of the dbaee platform.
• Use any dbaee content for commercial purposes, including advertising, marketing, or resale.

Game content displayed on dbaee is owned by and licensed from the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). All game trademarks, trade names, and intellectual property related to game content remain the property of the respective providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbaee, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the dbaee platform or any services offered therein, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from authorised or unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
• Losses incurred as a result of game outcomes, sports results, or betting market decisions that are inherent in the nature of gambling activities.
• Losses caused by interruption to internet connectivity, device failure, or power outages on the player's side.

• Any failure or delay in providing the Service caused by events outside dbaee's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, telecommunication failures, or cyber-attacks.

dbaee makes no warranties, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dbaee will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit dbaee's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Account Termination & Suspension

10.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your dbaee account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining balance after the deduction of applicable bonus amounts will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. If you are requesting account closure as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, please indicate this clearly so the appropriate restrictions can be applied immediately while the formal closure is processed.

10.2 Termination or Suspension by dbaee

dbaee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• A determination that you are no longer eligible to use the platform (e.g., you have relocated to a prohibited jurisdiction).
• At dbaee's reasonable discretion for any other lawful reason, including risk management purposes.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure or permanent suspension, any active bonuses and bonus-derived balances will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in a legitimately closed account will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or material breach of Terms may have their entire balance withheld pending investigation and any resulting legal proceedings.

11. Responsible Gaming

dbaee is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all Bangladesh players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered dbaee players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and require a 24-hour notice period before any increase takes effect.

For minor or administrative amendments, changes may take effect immediately upon publication on the dbaee website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the dbaee platform after any amendment to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the dbaee Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and dbaee with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to your use of the Service.

12.4 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. dbaee operates in the Bangladesh market and serves Bangladeshi players transacting in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and supported banking channels. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through direct communication with dbaee support shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as applicable to the player's circumstances. dbaee is committed to fair, transparent dispute resolution and will work in good faith to resolve any player complaint promptly.

12.5 Language

These Terms are published in English, which shall be the governing language for all purposes. Any translation of these Terms into another language is provided for convenience only and shall have no legal effect. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
